What is a “no-scalpel” Vasectomy?
Invented in 1974 by a Chinese physician, the no scalpel vasectomy is becoming the most popular method of birth control in the United States because it is simple, effective, and can usually be completed in 20 minutes. Unlike traditional vasectomies, a no-scalpel vasectomy uses a technique that is less invasive which requires only a single opening and usually involves minimal bleeding and bruising.
